What is really stopping you from applying

My English is "not good enough"
You dream of flying with Emirates but you are afraid your level will not pass the screening.
You have no idea what the Assessment Day looks like
The hiring process is a black box. What actually happens there, and what do they expect from you?
You already paid for a general English course
General English is not aviation English. Emirates screens for a specific set of skills.
Group discussions make you freeze
You do not know what to say in a group, and you fear coming across as either aggressive or invisible.
There is nobody to ask the "stupid" questions
Pay? Contract? Tattoos? Nobody who has actually been inside the airline.
You think it is simply not for you
Do you need connections, a perfect look or the right passport? No. Emirates hires from over 130 nationalities.

I stood exactly where you are standing now. And I found the way through.

My story

I did the Assessment Day — and passed it

I applied to Emirates, walked into the Assessment Day, signed the contract and flew. I know the process from the inside — what recruiters watch for in the group exercise, which English lets you down under pressure, and what nobody tells you before you move to Dubai.

That is also how I prepared: I did my own research first, then worked with specialists to sharpen what I knew and rehearse my answers. It is the order that works, and it is the order I ask you to follow. Over 3 years at Emirates and 50+ candidates later, I have seen what a session is worth when someone arrives already prepared — and what it is worth when they do not.

The hard part of this job is not the work in the cabin. It's getting hired. That's what we fix together.

Why work with me

Guidance grounded in first-hand experience

Emirates, first attempt

I passed the Emirates selection on my first attempt, signed the contract and flew. You hear the real system, not guesswork from forums.

Advice from the other side

I also had an in-depth consultation with an Emirates recruiter, so I know what is being scored while you are answering.

Three airlines, no second tries

Etihad and Riyadh Air followed, both passed first time. Different processes, the same preparation discipline behind them.

How it works

You prepare first — then we use the 90 minutes properly

There is plenty of general cabin crew advice online, and you can find it without me. So the session does not repeat it. You do your own groundwork with the material I send, and we spend the time on what only another person can give you: feedback.

01

Book your session

Pick a day and a time that suits you. We confirm the slot and the payment over WhatsApp.

02

Questionnaire and tasks

You receive a short questionnaire and a few preparation tasks to work through at home.

03

Your own research

You read up on the airline you are applying to and its basic requirements before we meet.

04

You do the work first

You complete the tasks beforehand, so we start from your answers instead of from the basics.

05

90 minutes, one to one

We practise interview questions, sharpen your answers and work on how you come across.

06

Individual feedback

You leave with specific notes: what to keep, what to change, and what to practise next.

“Thanks to Kateryna I passed the Assessment Day on my first attempt. She knows the Emirates system from the inside — that is priceless. Aviation English was exactly what I had been missing.”

“The best part was the Mock Interview. I knew exactly where my weak spots were. When I walked into the real Assessment it all felt familiar. I had my offer three weeks after the course.”

FAQ

Common questions

A minimum of B1 (Intermediate). We start where you are and build you to the level Emirates expects. What matters most is commitment and practice.

The session itself is 90 minutes, one to one. After booking you receive a short questionnaire and a few preparation tasks. You complete those at home and do your own reading about the airline, so the 90 minutes go on practice and feedback rather than on general information.

No preparation can guarantee an offer — the decision is the airline's. What the session gives you is a clear read on where you stand and what to fix. If it does not go your way, message me: we go through what happened and you walk into the next one better prepared.

Yes. Kateryna passed the Assessment Day, signed an Emirates contract and worked as cabin crew. She can share photos in uniform, ID and boarding passes as proof — just ask on WhatsApp.

Yes. We shape the session around the airline and the stage you are at. I passed the Emirates, Etihad and Riyadh Air selection processes myself, and the skills — aviation English, group discussions, interview behaviour — carry across all of them.

Minimum age 21, height from 160 cm, arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes, at least secondary education, fluent English, no tattoos visible in uniform, and willingness to relocate to Dubai. Nationality is not a barrier — Emirates recruits worldwide.

Emirates publishes an average of AED 11,244 a month (about $3,062) for a new Grade II crew member: a fixed basic of AED 4,980 plus AED 69.6 per flying hour, with meal allowances on layovers on top. It moves with your roster and rank. Salary is tax-free in the UAE and the airline provides accommodation and transport to the aircraft.

Not a course — a personal 90-minute preparation session, held online from Dubai by a former Emirates crew member, and you can take it from any country. That is a different thing from the in-person cabin crew academies in Dubai, which run classroom diplomas and charge their own fees. The session prepares you for one specific thing: the Emirates Assessment Day and the interview around it.

I do not sell a multi-week course. What I offer is a 90-minute one-to-one preparation session for $149, with a questionnaire and preparation tasks sent beforehand. In-person academies in Dubai price their classroom diplomas separately and publish their own fees — compare what you actually need: a diploma is not required to apply to Emirates, but preparation for the Assessment Day is what decides the day.

Only tattoos visible in uniform matter — short sleeves, skirt below the knee, no tights. A covered tattoo is not a problem; neck, face, hands and forearms are. Bring it up in your session and we will go through where you stand.

Usually 6–10 weeks: online application, video interview, Assessment Day, final interview, then the Golden Call with your offer, documents and a medical. After that comes your flight to Dubai and 7–8 weeks of initial training.

No. Secondary education is enough. Service experience — hotel, restaurant, retail, customer support — counts for more than a degree, because Emirates hires primarily on soft skills.

Yes — 90 minutes live with me, one to one, by video call. Nothing is pre-recorded. The preparation you do beforehand is what makes those 90 minutes worth it.

We agree the slot on WhatsApp and you pay before the session. Nothing is charged until a time is confirmed with you.

Yes, Emirates recruits regardless of nationality and you can apply entirely online from any country. You do not need a UAE visa to apply — the airline arranges your work visa and residency after you sign, along with relocation and housing in Dubai.

Yes. Emirates does not publish a fixed waiting period on its careers page, so check your candidate account and the rejection email for the terms that apply to you. Most rejections are not about English but about how you came across in the group stage. That is exactly what preparation fixes fastest.

You receive the questionnaire and your preparation tasks, plus the confirmed time and the video-call link. If anything is unclear, message on WhatsApp and we sort it out before we meet.
